So...we went to the doctor for Valen's four month check-up today. She weighs 12 lbs. 9 oz. and is 24 1/2 inches long! She is in the 25th percentile for her weight and in the 50th-75th percentile for her height. She is very healthy, happy and beautiful! We were also given the green light to introduce Valen to baby food! The doc told us that we should start on veggies for a few weeks then we could start with fruits. SO that brings us to these adorable pictures of Valen eating her very first bit of organic sweet potatoes! She really loved them and kept leaning forward to get some more! She only ate maybe a few baby spoonfulls of the sweet potatoes, but she really enjoyed the whole experience! Enjoy these sweet pictures of our little grown up!
